Fun Holiday Stocking Workshop
I recently attended another workshop at Art In the Age (AITA) in Old City. Over the summer it was a REDYELLOWBLUE dyeing workshop, this time a Holiday Textile Stocking Workshop. Best part, it included prints/textiles from the Design Center at Philadelphia University. A young curator Sarah Moore led this workshop, explaining the various pieces that were exhibited in the AITA space on 3rd Street through December 31st. As well as sharing the various patterns affixed to the screens for the stocking screen printing workshop.

All the prints were dated back to 1883...they look oh so posh! Art Deco even.
And these stockings look fabulous on our homemade fireplace.
